Ohlins Road & Track stock spring rate?

Hello I was wondering if any one could tell me the stock spring rate for the Ohlins Road & Track coilovers for the EVO X or if any one had any advice of diffrent spring rates that should be used. The car is being used about 80% DD and 20% track.

Thanks in advanced.

Yeah I have seen a few people run 10k/10k and they seem to all have been happy.

the "standard" rates are 10k/7k. We generally customize the rates. 10k/10k is popular for someone in your shoes (DD + some track). You might want to try 10k/12k for auto-x.

Thanks I think I am going to go with the 10k/10k. Do you know if I would ably to order a separate set of spring from the company. Like I run the 10k/10k almost all the time and then one day want to go try the 10k/12k.

Going to need to hold off on the coilovers for a while now seeing that I have some sort of idling issue at hand that is causing my car to shake.

Little off topic, but Andrew would you go with the Ohlins Road and Tracks or AST 4200's?

Well if i wanted them within the next 6-9 months, I'd get the Ohlins. As far as I know, AST is not going to do 4200's for the EVO without a big order which is not happening anytime soon. I could be wrong.

So no worms luckily.

i see that the common set up is 10k/10k and people have like 10k/12k. I picked up a set of ohlins for a steal, but the previous owner had them set up on 14k/14k that seems harsh to me. Idk if I have enough tire grip to use the setup. Should I give them a try before I swap springs? How much can I change before I have to revalue them? Thank you in advance!

I am am planning on doing road courses and maybe a few autoX events. But my car is currently my DD. Once I get a truck that will change.
