Work Emotion Cr Kai 18x9.5 + 38 fitment

Hey guys I had a set of Work Emotion Cr Kai 18x9.5 +38. I tried to fit them on my X 2011 but as I thought they didn't clear the front Brembos. My tires are 245/40r18.. The car is lower with swift spring (1.5 finger gap rear, 3 fingers gap front). None of my fenders are rolled.

I also had a set of 1" spacers. When I put the spacers on it easily clear the front Brembos but my rear tires rub on the fenders.

I know the wheels's offset is no Evo's friendly but I have the wheel and they look great on the car.

If I put 5mm spacers would it clear the front Brembos? I tried 1/4 inch spacers and they seemed to clear them.. Is anybody drive Work Emotion Cr Kai and how did you fit it?

I have a set of WORK Emotion CR Ultimate ("Kiwami") 18x9.5's 20mm offset and the fit is fantastic flush with the fender
As you stated 38mm OS is just too much, and if you add the spacer up front most likely will not work without rolling the finder's. The offset is too much.

Stock wheels are 18x8.5 38mm seeing how you are adding a total of 1 inch with the 9.5's the offest needs to be lower sadly

Check this out, this might help some

You could do 20mm bolt on spacers all the way around and be fine...

Are you sure they would fit? I just come across these same wheels for a price I couldn't refuse, but reading this forum is scaring the hell out of me!!! I need help with this and obviously haven't done enough research, any help would be appreciated.

If u put 20mm all the way you need to cut your OEM studs to fit them!! It could be an option if you want to run these wheel all year long!!

The option I chose was to buy 8mm hubcentric spacers and to change my OEM studs for ARP extendend wheel studs.. With this set up I had a perfect offset and I could run differents wheels..

That's a good looking machine. I just noticed the wheels I have are 5x120....Would that change everything for me?

So I bought 8mm spacers, I'm also ordering the extended studs, I'm keeping my fingers crossed hoping this works!
