New Wheel/Tire Set up

I am close to needing new tires so i am looking to get input on a potential wheel/tire set up for my Evo X on stock suspension. Coilovers are in the future though. Im trying to avoid getting RPF1's and be a little different so i have my eyes set on Konig Hypergrams. Tires i am looking at are AD08r's (stiff sidewalls). Currently have RS4's. Im located in Southern California so weather is favorable most of the time. I daily my X, do not track but occasionally cruise through canyon backroads. WIll be running bolt ons and tuned come Septmeber. (not sure if this helps.) What would be the best set up for me and my car at the moment given the options below. If any, what modifications to the fenders would i be looking at. THANK YOU.
  • 18x9.5 +25 OR +35 (20.06 lbs) with 265/35/18
  • 18x10.5 +25 (19.06 lbs) with 275/35/18

I'm running the 18X9.5 +25 Hypergrams with 275/35 rubber and I'm lowered a bit and have no clearance problems as all. RS4, AD08, and RE71 are all great tires. Look through the threads to see what might be best for you but price may be the best criteria.
