Is 18X9.5 +18 good to fit?

I tried looking everywhere for this size/offset on someone’s car, but can’t find anything. I’d like to buy these AV06 wheels from Avid, but trying to verify fitment first.

Currently: Rears rolled, swift springs. Wheels will be wrapped by 265/35/18 Sport Comps.

Thank you!

It's an easy fitment. Just need the rear fenders rolled. THe slight pull that occurs when rolling will be plenty. A friend had 18x10.5 +18 with 275/35 on his car and they were fine.
