What is the best TPMS solution nowadays?

When I bought my 2010 Evo it came without TPMS sensors. I'm looking to add those back. I'll only have one set of wheels. What is the best way to go? OEM, part # 4250B668 or is there a newer one? Or the VDO SE10001HP REDI-Sensor that is sold on Amazon? Or something else entirely? Thanks for the help.

Discount tire has sensors in stock that work just fine. When I worked there we installed them for free with purchase. Since you don't currently have sensors, make sure they rebalance the assembly after installing the sensor.

Good to know. Thanks.

You can also use ETACS to turn off your tpms sensors. That's what I did

Just to update this thread, I ended up buying the VDO SE10001HP REDI-Sensor 314.9 MHZ/315 MHz TPMS sensors from Amazon. Pep Boys programmed them to the car in under 10 minutes without any problems. Total cost $116.

Have you heard of bluetooth sensors available now a days? can be monitored and controlled through an app on the phone.
