i livei n milwaukee WI with an identical RR evo, that car looks EXACTLY the same and has many of the mods that i can remember sa a friend of mine who recently sold histo get an 05 MR. i just saw the plates and i was wondering if you bought it from a aguy in Mil-town?

 

He's from Hudson, WI Seems like a pretty nice guy.

 

nice id definately ask him if he has driven it in the winter in that case (and accidents obviously). Also if he raced it at GLD or autoX.
IMO with used evos you have to be CAREFUL, because the people that own them KNOW them, and many do abuse them, especially if they know they are going to sell it....(i know i had a HELL of a time doing donuts and drifts around parkin lots days beforei traded in my 350z on the EVO)

 

I'm getting really excited for this Gonna order the rims and the splitter in a few weeks probably

 

I'm going to ask this here instead of making a dumb post...hope someone will be able to answer the question.

The car put down 300whp with these mods:
- MBC set at 20psi (IIRC)
- Dynoflash reflash
- 3" turbo back exhaust
- Buschur intake
- Ported exhaust manifold

What amount of HP should I be at if I add the following mods:
- HKS 264in/272ex cams
- Walbro fuel pump
- reflash by Dynoflash for added mods

Stupid question, but it'd be nice to know. I'm guessing ~340whp registered on a Mustang Dyno (the 300whp was on a mustang dyno)
