Question about the MR's suspension

I live on a mildy bumpy road.. So i was just wondering that since the sus. is pretty stiff will it be damaged at all by the bumps?

I dont drive fast, but since you know the suspension is stiff it makes every little bump seem severe. So i was just wondering.

driving on rough roads is generally tough on any suspension, be it the MR's bilsteins or stock. going slow(er) will help keep the wear down but theres no way around it, bumpy roads arent nice to dampers
