Allow me to introduce my self!

Sup fellas
Just been browsing around the fourms and decided to join.
Im currently driving a 2005 STi , and im pretty satisfied....I was gonna get the evo but the guyz at the dealership were bein some @ss hats and wouldent let me take one out for a test drive. ..So i went for teh other bad @ss..O-well.

hah, most dealers wont let people test drive Evo... coz people know what they are looking for in an Evo and wont need test drive

^That's still lame, as true as it may be. Anyways, welcome to the boards. I've unfortunately seen some people join just to talk sh*t about Evo's, but you seem cool. If not an Evo, than a STi is a good choice. Welcome.

Thanxz for teh welcome. Yes, unfortunatly there are some A-holes out there That like to talk alota sh*t about both our cars.
The funnest one iv been told is, that my car looks like a shoping cart.. I didnt get mad, i just laugh at them.

Welcome, Sti is a very worthy car, infact i would rather have the sti guys here then the regular lancer guys. IMO

you wouldnt believe the amount of people that suck at driving manual. its like a gamble for your life when you take those cars out! You probably just got a wussy sales guy who has a family.

for every legit customer that wants to buy an evo, there are about 5 who can't afford it and just want to take it for a joy ride. i assume you're young and when you look like you can't afford it, you have to show them proof that you are serious. maybe bring a cashiers check with you...buy yeah, congrats on a nice car and welcome to evom.

Yeah, it is funny how that works...I drove to the dealership in my 98 prelude (keep in mind i'm 19) and they pretty much laughed at me. I came back in my dad's 04 330 BMW, and all of a sudden i had their interest....
