I did not buy the Evo because the proposed car would be used extentsively and suffer in high miles; and the Evo being turbo that sort of scared me a bit. Since the Z is aspirated, likely it will last more enginewise.
So you just basically signed up on these boards to revive old *** threads defending the 350z?

Pretty damn sad man, but then again, thats what I expect out of some 350z owners anyways.

You're not doing wonders for us by stereo typing 350z owners either.

I have an 2003 base that weighs 3188 lbs curb weight from factory. forged rims (32), brembos (20), odyssey(23), spare removal(45)

3188-123=3065 lbs curb weight.

The weights you are stating are the 06. They are heavier.

Notice I said some. I know there are cool owners as I know them, but coming online and signing up on a board just to revive old threads seems to point that he has an insecurity issue.

dayf: The understeer can be easily fixed by adding wider tires an low aspect ration and forged 18". I run 255/35/18 and 265/35/18 and understeer is practically non-existant.

Right... So for those considering a new 350z, those are the options. Also, to compare the curb weight of a stock vehicle to that of a stripped vehicle (i.e. your G35 vs "350z" 500lb deficit) is also unfair.

I don't consider my mods stripped. The z has all its parts. Only interior bit removed was the spare.

350....You've had 2 threads in 'General' locked for what I can see is bringing up old crap and stirring the pot. If I were you, I'd knock it off and drop it with these old 350 vs Evo posts.
