Catalytic converter?
Catalytic converter?
sorry about this newbie question. My dealer said if I touch the cat converter it'll be a instant void on my warranty.
my question is can I install the following exhaust without change the cat converter? I don't wanna get mess up with my warranty just yet since my car only have 1000 miles...

I heard a huge disparity of official answers about this topic. While some dealers would completly deny your warranty other dealers only would deny the warranty on the exhaust itself and last but not least a third type of dealer simply don't care much and consider a mild exhaust mod a minor and insignificant issue.
If you know you are taking the car for a big service I suggest removing the exhaust specially if you think they would give you hard time otherwise it might be too late and they would deny you the warranty, is your call.

That is a cat-back, so of course it won't touch your cat, but it's also more used for nothing special than many brand new cat-backs out there. Remember ,the Carbon/TI part is ONLY THE MUFFLER, not the whole exhaust...
