about tires

is it true about the stock advanc tire will not last long. even if u don't launch the car as often. which is kinda bad because it hard to do that i really want to. and i heard that it will last about 5,000 miles til u get a new sets of tires. anyone has buy more than one set of tires latety. i mean i don't plan on launch the car everyday, drifting it. man cause these tire they are not cheap.

I had my OEM tires on for close to 20k and there was tread left when I pulled them. The tread blocks on the Advins will feather on the inside. You can control this to some extend by frequent rotation but eventually the tires get very noisy. I kept checking my alignment and it was perfect. The handling on the stock tire is awesome. I don't know of another tire that comes close. So this is just the way these tires are.

The mileage you will get will depend on how you drive. However, I am an aggressive driver.

Break in your whip, rotate the stockers, when they get too loud... beat the **** out of them til they are bald (20k mi.) then replace them... but you have a year and a half so go have fun ...

**** thats actually great news. I hear this whine from about 55 mph and up. I felt the tires and they are feathering. I thought it might have been a diff, but felt no wheel vibration or anything. Maybe I just need to change tires opposed to a diff whihc is good news.
