Question Looking for a good short throw shifter & shift nob

I wanted to see what ya'll have for short throw shifters and a heavier shifting nob. I am trying to find one but there are some many thought I would get some good suggestions here!

I did a little research and people seemed to like the Authority shifter with the shifter assembly bushings and bushings in the engine bay. It is surprisingly cheap.

www.lancerstore.com has it for slightly over 100 for all 3 of those things.

People compared it to the B&M but the B&M seems much more expensive. The B&M is adjustable...but something I actually think is more of a hassle than its worth.

As far as a shift know goes, I had the Greddy Counterweight one in my eclipse and just put in my evo. It makes shifting nice and easy, but during hot sunny days its just gets too hot. So I have taken it out. I dont know about the short shifter, just chimming in regarding the shift knob.
