New Evo - Hate Bein A Noob

Sup yall....

my name is AL

Just traded in my 04 Nissan 350z for a 2006 EVO MR

Am new to engines... now i have to spend days and days to get to know the .

I am interested in the buschur Kits. wish they had these kits for 350z

Anyways.. my car is 2 days old.... and i am having the mod itch.

anybody recommend a first Mod on the car...
where can i find exhaust sound clips

SEARCH is going to be my fav button in this Forum

BTW i had my Z for 3 months .... Z is weak IMO

Where is the market place in this forum? is there like a group buy place here ?
am used to MY350Z.com forum which is simple. and easy to find your way around

I would really appreciate a feedback on my thread

This is your first Evo and it's 2 days old.
My advice to you is to break it in properly and then learn how to drive it correctly and get used to it before you start modding for power. Trust me, you don't need it yet. How can you be itching for mods before you even got to drive the car to it's potential in stock form.?
I'd hate for you to end up a statistic like so many others that didn't realize how much of a car an Evo really is...

trust me its no way near the 350z

i went online to check on the buschur kits... i like them.
and as i said ... i need time to do my research .. hit that search button and i will soon get to know whats what in my new ride

Just want to hear how the HKS exhaust sound on the EVO

O when I get my evo this weekend I'm gonna be wanting to mod it rite away too lol. I'm gonna be smart and avoid that for a while. Probly all winter. Winter I think is the best time to find out what a car is about because the driving conditions are the worst outta the year for the most part. After winter is fun time .

First mod, break it in and go to a driving school. Mod yourself to handle the car then make the car faster as you become better.

i hope your breaking in your car and not going over 4500 5000 rpm for 1000 miles atleast... if so then you dont really know the full potential of the EVO.. once you hit the power band.. its a whole nother story..
