Newbie hose question

searched a bit about it but not a whole lot of "useful" info comes up.

My car has 32,000miles on it and a p2 flash and tbe, the engine compartment looks like crap and I love the look of the red samco hoses and stuff but I was wondering what hoses would I actually benafit from replacing, and where is the best place to get a kit with most of what I would need?

The life of coolant hoses is about 60,000 miles. So, until then, no benefit. After that you need them all. This gives you time for shopping.

gains? they are just hoses, how are they supposed to give you more hp? They are just nicer looking and may be made out of longer lasting material than stock ones, no way they are going to get you any gains.

its an 03, and the reason why I asked is that I wasnt sure if maybe the induction hose was restrictive?
