Current car right now thou, is a 2000 Honda S2000... Had it for almost 2 years now and still loving it. I moved on from a turbo 240sx to my now S2000... Been having power with draw symptom lately, so been toying with the idea of trading it for a 350z, Rx7, or a EVO.
Current mods right now
CF cooling plate/air duct
and Megan Racing Coilovers (1st one on a S2000)

These are my track day pictures I attended back in July of this year. It was bad *** and was 1 second faster than a 600+hp viper out there that day and 2 EVOs out there aswell lol, sorry

you have a nice car and platform as it is. why not just build apon that. everyone has power withdraws and even more of a turbo withdraw. Why not be the guy that doesnt follow the rest and build the S2000?
i have a friend here in louisiana with an s2k and fullrace gt35r turbo kit.the car is fast and very fun to drive.if u want send me a pm and i give u his num. and he can tell u all about it.
thanks guys for the great comments...
I really thought about this hard...and power withdraw does crazy things to you. I seen the massive potential of my car thats either going supercharger, turbo, or a 2.3L stoker kit. Once I get a much more stable steady job I'll be finally getting a few parts that will hold me over before the real big power mods.
Just that I wanted to see what is out there and what I can get if I trade it in for another car. But i'll be holding on to my car till I really don't want it anymore.

I thought about it long and hard because I have the same car in Berlina Black w/ Veilside exhaust, Top Secret brake pads, Cusco strut bars F/R, and Tein lowering springs. It took me a long time but I am trading in my S2000 for 2 reasons. I have always wanted to be in an Evo, and I can't carry kids in an S2K. Therefore I am getting an 06 EB form Scottsdale Mitsubishi in AZ.
do a 2jz-gte swap!!! They make crazy power heres the website if interested!

ShadowPhantom, nice mods on your S2k... I'm with you but not the whole kids thing lol... For me its the space and I always loved the EVO when it first came out...
Evo Wanted - Only thing I done on my car is Coilovers and a coolingplate... Doing some more things if I don't get any trade offers at the end of Jan...
I've already talked to the guys that done the 2jz swap in the S2k... Look at the video they posted and check out where the shifter is located...not my idea of a great location since I love resting my arm there and shifting from there...

djdorifto, I just picked up my EB IX yesterday. I love this car, it is the s**t. I had to make the sacrifice for a new marriage coming up soon. I must admit I will miss my S2K, but I am soooo glad Mitsubishi came out with this vehicle. If it was me and I was still single I would buy both, as they are great vehicles in their own right.
yeavramirez is right... if u want the get def... but keep the s2000... do a 2jz swap... and syliva rear suspension... u'll be burning supras... and your car will sound like a beast... have fun...
I would stick with the platform you have, It is an awsome car. Sure it has it's downsides but every car has somthing that could be better. Thats why we mod are cars in the first place. Which ever way you go though, good luck.
