every car ive ever owned has gotten vandalized is some way. my accord got paintballed, my rx7 got egged, and my evo got keyed, egged, and then on friday it got keyed again. with my other cars i really had no idea who it was, but all of the things that have happend to my evo, ive always had a suspicion. i got a police report but it really feels like that doesn't help, except hopefully insurance will cover it. i see alot of people on here that say they've gotten vandalized, so who else has, and did you do anything about it?

 

It sucks I know. Justice does prevail!

 

There's little that can be done legally.

I wonder though--what are you doing that you're getting all this negative attention!? People don't typically vandalize the same car time and again unless the driver is doing something to deserve it...ex girlfriend out to get you or what!?

 

none of my previous 4 cars have gotten vandalized, but my IX got egged 3rd day or week i had it i forget. i can tell you i was pissed as ****, and i felt like breaking my hand punching the face of the guy responsible for my mess.

 

My RSX got keyed and after that, I have always parked my Evo far, far away. Not a single ding, or scratch on it for 8 months knock on wood.

 

Everycar that i have owned has been egged, keyed, or been hit and run. I go out of my way to not show off, drive like an a-hole, or **** anyone off. I go so far that my close friends don't even know about my **** till they see it, if you understand that. (i don't call them all and tell them what i just got)

I used to have a 1980 Dodge van....man I partied in that thing throughout the years!! While living in Berkeley, I woke up to find someone had spray painted 'B I T C H' along the passenger side of the van!! I couldn't believe it! NO clue why! You should have seen the pointing, laughing and gaulking I experienced driving that thing 30 miles to clean it off!! BATARDS I tell you!

Nothing to my evo in the 2+ years I've owned it (knock on wood).

 

I had an egg thrown at me while I was driving once... busted on the b pillar and splattered all over the headliner me and back seat.

 

I was keyed at the movies the other night, and on the way home from the estimate, I hit a deer, which all together it was $8500 worth of damage. I get it back on friday, I cant wait

 

I dont know if this count as vandalize but my friends drew a big **** on my driver window with grease marker. It was for joke but i got mad and they had to clean up their mess.

 

the grease marker reminded me of something. The first day I went to work after I just bought my car... We came back to the shop and I found both my wipers in the air. I went out to my car and there was blue grease all over the underside of the door handles. It was all mashed in there and all over the paint.... it took me a week to get it off. A few days later one of my co-workers too my keys and drove it around to the front of the building and never put up the parking brake and left it in neutral.....

 

My other car a 1990 Jeep Cherokee was broken into just for a darn leather jacket. At Dave and Busters in SD... off the I-8... So I wouldn't think of taking my Evo anywhere unless Ill either be in the car or will be leaving it for a short time, oh and if its in my garage. Too many envious, jealous, and destructive people here and there.
Although I am privilleged in this respect I drive my jeep or evo based on where I am going and what I will be doing... Though its very difficult to NOT drive the Evo every chance I get. I am barely 480 miles on it. the jeep is still mint as well 1990 Cherokee Sport (90k miles)...

 

My first car was broken into at school, it was also broken into again a year later in a hotel parking lot in houston, and my little brothers car was first egged then a week later keyed

I don't know what people get out of it.
