non newbie with an evo
Hey everyone.......I'm not new to the site, I used to own a 02 lancer oz rally edition. Now i own a 2003 evo with no mods. Kinda need some advice, since this is my first turboed car, like what type of oil to use, what mods would benefit me first, you know the usual. If anyone can help me out i would appreciate it......thanks

As far as oil, Mobil one is the manufactorers recommendation. Any synthetic should be fine in the recommended weight. AMS and Royal Purple are two higher end brands people like.
The best mod you can do is seat time in an Evo with a driving instructor on the track. The Evo in stock form is much more capable than 90% of the drivers who own them. Learn how to use the vehicle in its stock form, then progress slowly with quality parts. The driver needs to be improved way before the car.
