For IX's with TBE

For the IX's with a TBE, has anyone plugged the 02 sensor into their catback? I know it plugs into the stock cat but was looking at buying a testpipe without an 02 port and my megan catback has one.

Will the 02 sensor reach the catback without any sort of major tugging? Also, did you use a non fouler on this? Let me know any suggestions that might save me some trouble when it comes to install.

Thanks.

actually the o2 cord is too long, you'll have to zip tie up the excess. I'm running greddy evo2 exhaust with helix dp and straight pipe

So your running it to the catback? Did you use a non fouler or something to fix the cel light?

SEARCH.....and yes there is plenty of wire to make the O2 reach the cat-back. What cat-back are you using? My cat-back came with it's own style of anti-fouler that keeps the O2 sensor from direct flow of the exhaust.

yeah, its every long so you should be ok, unless your o2 tap on the cat back is bad far... otherwise you should be fine...but i think there all the same so you should be ok... good luck . o yeah one more thing i would buy a test pipe with a 02 tap cuz you never know when your going to buy a A/G gauge..............

80210, I could have sworn I've answered all these questions for you, but you keep making new threads asking them again. I'm confuzzed...

It's been mentioned that you can extend the o2 wire to the cat-back bung in this thread and many, MANY times in previous threads. The whole CEL fix has been discussed thousands of times, too. You're not doing well with the whole searching thing.

PS. Hacellular, you don't get a test pipe with a bung for an eventual wideband. You don't put the wideband in the test pipe - it goes in the downpipe up closer to the turbo. In other words, don't choose your test pipe based on getting a wideband or not...
