if nothing happened, then it should be fine.

lots of people have done this before... so if nothing seems different then i'm sure it's fine.

when i'm on the highway going 50mph and want to speed up, i go from 5th to 3rd. the car go's to about 5.5-6rpm, kicks you back in the seat and your off. the car needs to get loose from time to time.

so your fine

i was driving my 1st xr4ti with a super big gulp in my left hand (no cup holders b/c my car is race ....and from the 80's lol) Trying to up shift i did the same thing. It may have had something to do with the added weight of my gulp as i often times fill 1/2 of it up with slurpee...don't tell 7-11

Over revving like that can cause you to float and bend a valve, but you'd notice if that happened. In all likelyhood the car is fine.
