MBC Spring Change

I have an older Forge unit so I wanted to know how to change the spring? I searched but found nothing. I've never closely examined it so I wanted to know how to take it apart in advance.

That's right. From there it is self explainatory. Just make sure the spring is seated exactly how this existing one is. Clean the unit while your at it.

Here is an excerpt from our install guide:

When changing the springs in the unit to a stiffer or softer spring based on the needs of your application, please be sure that the first and possibly the second spring coils are wrapped around and securely seated against the adjustment base/perch inside the unit itself. This is necessary for proper actuation and performance of the unit. Failure to properly seat the springs onto their base/perch may result in an inconsistent level of adjustment and boost response. Please see the pictures below illustrating proper installation of a spring onto its perch.

If you email me at pat@forgemotorsport.com I can send you the instructions in a word doc.
