Question about spark plugs

From reading on this forum, I see alot of people going with the BPR7EIX or the BPR8EIX. But not many are going with the BR7EIXs even tho I read about the Protruding part having issues. What would you go with, the BRs or BPRs and why?

I previously used the protruding tipped plugs but I feel the non-protruding run way better in my car and since Ive switched no more P0300 code either. I run coppers though not the irridiums the coppers run way better in my car just have to change them often

bpr7es is the standard plugs used for stock to slightly modded evo's (gapped at .026). like gsrboi80 said they are copper so you have to change them out every 6000 miles or so. i prevously ran the bpr7eix which were fine, but i like to change out my plugs often so the bpr7es, being less expensive, makes sense. you most likely wont need a heat level 8 unless you are running 400+hp
