u dont need any aftermarket bov until u get a big *** turbo

Your stock bov holds boost very well

I have an apexi power intake untuned at the moment
and that ***** makes the STOCK bov a loud ****
And u wont throw a cel

Please search cuz people will flame the **** out of you on these forums

I myself wanted to change my BOV when i start some modding to my car but after doing research on it, I'm just going to keep mine stock and just get a new intake and have it tuned.

stock IX MR bov is the best unless you go with a GT35R turbo or bigger.
Just get an intake and you will hear it more.
Then at some point get a reflash..
I bought a TurboSmart dual port bov and took it off almost immediately and put ix mr bov back on.

If you really really want another bov.
you can just have the Turbosmart bov i have,
pay shipping and it's yours...
but i would go with ix mr bov/
my .02 ltr

well this type of comments are not really true. The factory IX or IX MR /i think its a same, but i'm not sure/BOV is made to hold the factory boost. so over 24 - 25 psi is not really reilable anymore.
And you might still have your factory turbo...
so unless you boosting over 25 psi you don't need another BOV. And this is true even if you have GT35R or bigger turbo.

to hear the whoosh those comments are true.

+1. Just because you are still using a stock IX turbo doesn't necessarily mean you won't need a better bov. If you start running boost upwards of 25 psi or so, you'll need to upgrade. However, bov should not be your first mod. I wasted money on a ssqv and had to learn the hard way. Take that money and invest it into a tbe. I just installed mine last night and am very happy. Definately can feel the difference and no tun needed.
