so..im driving down a road and I hear a loud sound. I look over to my passenger door and the window fell into the door...lol, it just collapsed inside the door out of nowhere...im going to mitsu tomorrow to get it fixed

anyone have that problem before?

 

Were you driving through a bad part of town, maybe somebody threw a couple of rounds your way?

 

 

lol, at first i thought someone through something at my car, I had a friend with me and I was about to whoop some ***, but I looked over at the window and most of it was inside the door...the glass is still in once piece, and the window was all the way up and closed when it decided to collapse all of a sudden, it scared the sh*t out of me

 

I had a window shatter on me while driving on the freeway. It was damn scary but I was able to stay on the road at least.

I never did find anything in the car that broke the window and there wasn't anybody near the freeway, so I can only speculate as to what caused it.

Sounds like it could be the window regulator. Most of the time theyre plastic and worth ****. I had a new 2000gti and all the VW's were recalled for that. I hope thats not the case here.

At least it was only a side window.My hood flipped open at 80mph on I-75 shattering my windshield and folding in over the top of the car crushing in the roof a bit too.Id be happier in your situation.Never heard of it but get er fixed.

well...I WAS going to go to exit 17 County Line Mitsubishi since its 20 mins away but they said they cant help me til monday. so im gonna have to hit up Schaller Mitsubishi were they always got me...bad thing is that its 50 mins away.
