Engine build

I was reading a sticky thread about a member building a 4g63t in which he installed a 2.4 liter mitsu crank and went ahead and got rid of the balance shaft. He mentioned that the balance shaft delete was written up in the VFAQ section.Could someone please tell me where the VFAQ section is ? Back in 2000 I remember building 2 4g63 motors for my ex boss and I kinda remeber doing the balance shaft delete mod and having the block deck o-ringed for high boost.Back then all I was into was riding bicycles everyday to keep in shape,I did not think that I was gonna end up owning a evo but i'm glad I have the experience to build a 4g63.Im assuming that the 2.4 liter crank was from a mitsu truck motor?
