I know I better get my flame suit on, but I would rather get 1 good answer to be sure before I order one.
I was going to order the Forge RS BoV Recirculating, but I have searched on the forums and people are having problems with DD and Roadracing with this valve.
I am looking to boost 20 on 93 pump gas and in the near future I plan on adding an alky kit.
I mostly drive on highway and 2 lane curvey roads, I do not want to suffer drivability issues, because this isnt a 1/4 car.
Anyone have any tips on what to do?

Keep your stocker , It can hold up to 25psi..and with the extra money you save you can put it towards something else..

 

the forge rs works great on my car i dont road race though

 

If you decide to get rid of your stocker let me know and ill pick it up

yea, the stock one is fine. I just bought an evo ix bov myself...

 

I would leave the stock Bov and take a pass on the alky.

 

why would you tell him to pass on the alky?

 

Keep the stocker until you push 25-26psi sometime they hold more then that.Do you feel that you stock one is leaking or just want to replace it now because you will be running alky later.

 

The IX stocker is a good one and the Forge RS is a good one too (and I road race).

 

From what I can determine from customer feedback it is the EVO15 valve, not the RS, that is having part throttle issues. Issues with the RS have been limited to a handful of people, less than 5 that I have dealt with.

 

keep the stock valve until you run the meth, its plenty

when you run the meth, my vote is the APS valve, performs like stock, awesome driveability, ZERO problems, and holds boost like a champ

i had the forge rs for a few days before i got rid of it, because no matter how many times i adjusted it, it fluttered and i couldnt stand it
