How to increase highway speed?

The EVO is known more for a time attack, 1/4mile or generally speaking 0-whatever car. If youre planning on getting some insane pulls from highway speeds or anything in that range....youl see big gains from bigger turbos.
I'd be willing to bet very few people on here have not street raced. That doesn't mean we condone it. Personally, I used to race on the streets with my previous car, but I got smarter and now I get it out of my system at a real track or auto-x event. Street racing is dangerous and we've lost a few members that way.
Aside from the basic power mods, also consider aero mods for increased top speed. A nice front under tray and rear diffuser will decrease turbulence under the car, reduce drag from the "parachute" effect, and also reduce lift making the car more stable at speed. Also, removing the wing will increase top speed at the cost of stability ... I would not recommend it.
