when i put my intake on i have the same thing when i baby the gas pedal during cruise. its nothing major.....just an excuse for me to get a new BOV i know that.............lol i think its just a matter or being able to hear it more and with a new intake (especially hard piped intake) you have more free flowing air.
I've had the same flutter with no issues.
The only other thing I have heard about our APS units is that we need to put some teflon tape around the adjustment screw to keep it from leaking there.
Other than that, I love this bov.
I hope that helps.
As long as it is not causing the car to buck then you are ok.

Thx!
we are not getting all the info here. Does this flutter only happen in 4th and 5th gear? Is it worse under sustained load, like going up a hill in 5th at around 8psi of boost then letting off? Or is it a constant flutter at partial throttle acceleration particularly in 4th and 5th gear? If that is the case, do you have a MBC and if so is it connected to the turbo/licp like stock or to the bov line or another source after the TB. I had and fixed my flutter issue a while back and now it is gone (or at least not noticeable with my APS bov and APS intake). Maybe I can help...
