Evo. missfiring.

I got a problem with my evo. I went to autozone and check out my engine check light on and they said that it could be a sparks, missfiring, vacuum leak. The car stalls over 70 mph and sometimes it bogs in the lower rpm? I replace the spark plugs, but seems to be the same, but runs smoother? The car had some camshafts and cam gears installed..could that be the problem? or needs to be tuned? Also could the blitz boost controller be the problem? Any help....?

There could be a number of things wrong. Your best bet is to have a good tuner look at it and see if they can tell what is going on. Did you put the right plugs in it? Are the cams still in it? What BOV do you have, VTA or recirc?

Did you gap the plugs properly and what plugs are you running? I have NGK BPR7ES gapped to .026 on mine. I was having sputtering issues and higher RPMS and in boost above 13lbs. That has since gone away now that I have replaced the plugs and have them gapped correctly.
