First off I wouldn't worry about your clutch at all until it start to slip, then its time to start looking at clutch options. You can bleed it and check the pedal freeplay but otherwise leave it for now. As for your brakes, I check the amount of pad material left everytime I have my wheels off the car but they should last for several thousand more miles. I would only change them if you desire more stopping power, or if your rotors get warped then its a good time as well. If you've launched it several times then I would recommend changing all the drivetrain fluids for good measure. Remember to only use oem fluids in the rear diff and T-case.
