IX so you feel what an Evo really is. If comfort is a big deal, then go with the X

I absolutely love my IX. I have all the bolt-ons plus cams. Still have the stock IC. Car made 336HP, 304 TQ on a Mustang dyno. Stock on the same dyno was 239HP, 252TQ. Car is an absolute blast to drive. I feel the same way as u do about the X. Love the front end, but don't like the rear. I also don't like the doors. Too big. I did sit in one. Definite improvements on the interior. I thought the IX recaros were more comfortable. The X recaros seem to hold your legs closer together. Might not matter to u. I'm 6'1 and 235lbs, need all the comfort I can get. I think the biggest question mark lies with 4B11t. What the capabilities are and how reliable it will be. Only time will answer those questions, but Big Valley have already run 11's with no tuning, just an upgraded stock turbo from FP. Get the X, you won't be sorry. It's an EVO.

its not that its that more diff to tune the 4b11, the 4G63 has years of research and development behind it, if you want read the june issue of TURBO and there is a comparison between the two motors, just search a little there are hundreds of comparisons on the net

Depends what you mean by "true Evo". It's an AWD turbo version of the Lancer. What more can I say?

As for which one to buy? That's a very hard question and there is not one answer. It all comes down to personal preference because they are BOTH great cars! Drive them both then decide. They both feel different. You will know within a few minutes of trying each of them.

The 9 will feel lighter, louder, rougher, scrappier and faster. The 10 will feel heavier, quieter, softer, more refined and not as fast. Not saying it isn't as fast it just won't feel as fast.

Like I said, it's seriously a personal preference. Both are GREAT cars. I would take either one because I like them both!

The 10 also has the ACD so it's supposed to handle better by having less understeer under heavy turning. As for what they're saying about tuning - it's a newer car so it will take time before there are as many upgrade options. But give it time.

Alright here you go.

The IX has the X beat in looks and performance (for now)

Many people are working on mods and tuning for the X and it is promised great things. The X is more luxary.. without being luxary. They are both qucik and you wont regret either one.
