Fluid Change Manual?

Where can I find fluid change instructions for my IX?

I change the oil and trans fluid in my Type-R and I'd like to do the same in the Evo. Where can I find a OEM service manual or .pdf?

I used the How-to section and Evomoto to do my first one. I also used a lift because it was really easy and all you need is a hand pump.

Thanks fellas, this will make things much easier. I don't have access to a lift though.

Does this include general data, like how many liters of oil is needed for regular changes? I don't see it on evomoto.com.
