tranny?

so when i bought my car in february it was perfect other than a pretty beat clutch. but lately ive been noticing when im shifting its very rough and sometimes hard to get into gears. i brought it back to the dealer to have them look at it and they said its perfectly fine and thats how the car is made, which is a bunch of bull because the car shifted perfectly fine when i bought it, he said if anything try changing the tranny fluid. does anyone know what the problem might be?

Definitely change the tranny fluid. That may help but if your clutch is already in bad shape and starting to slip, the fluid change won't fix it.

At the top...do you mean closest to the floor all the way back?

You may just need to adjust your clutch pedal.

I would also change the transmission fluid as stated above.

If your clutch is going out that could also play a big role.
