Anyway, you'll need to upgrade your turbo as far as I know. I don't think you can hit 400 whp without doing that.

TBE, Cams, tune, meth... I think that's close to 400, like 360-380, but I think squeezing the extra out of that without going upgraded turbo will cost more.

Either that or throw on lots of NOS and crank the boost up to 200!

I'll be the first to say it....SEARCH. Spend the next month reading and learning as much as you can about your car and the paths that can be taken to modify it. Chances are lots of people have already asked the very questions you want to and have had them answered even more. That being said, an FP Green turbo with all supporting mods and a really good tune should get you damn close on a dynojet running 93 pump.
