Regapping spark plugs

I just got a bunch of mods done to my car. I got injen dp, helix tp, greddy ti-c, buschur filter kit, ETS Intercooler kit with 2.5" piping and 3.5" core, a'pexi super ground wiring kit, hks ssq bov, blitz ebc. I will also be turning the boost up to 23 with a tune. I heard that I needed to regap the spark plugs after all of this. What do I need to gap them at?

Heard from whom?

Same people that said running VTA (HKS SSQV) on a MAF car was ok?

Only regap if there is blow-out. Or you are pushing them to the point of blow-out then backing off a little.

No need for regapping plug's you can switch to a slightly colder plug but no need to unless your running a bigger turbo or meth, stock plug's wil do for your application as far as 23 psi with a good aggressive tune and the mod's you have you can up the boost to 25 to 27 psi no problem make sure you have a upgraded fuel pump and head stud's for added safety.

IDRINKV8'S is right. With your level of mods, there's no need to regap the plugs.

What sparkplugs are you currently running? Whether or not you need to regap them would depend on what they are gapped at now, wouldn´t it? How many miles have you put on your current set of plugs?

They are the stock plugs. The car has 12000 miles on it. I don't know what they are gapped. Whatever is stock I guess.
