evo 8 and 9 exhaust question

hey

I found this information.

In 2006 Mitsubishi USA placed the o2 sensor on the catalytic converter instead of on the cat-back mid-pipe."

The problem is I bought evo VIII exhaust which has o2 sensor hole on cat-back mid-pipe. My car is evo IX MR. I dont need this hole because my catalytic converter has already o2 sensor. So I have to pack this hole opening or remove it.

How can i pack this o2 sensor hole? is there some bolt for stopping a leak?
I bought HKS hi power CBE.

I'd appreciate it if you give me some solution or idea.

They sell bolts for the O2 sensor bung. You can find them on ebay.
