Arrow Need some advice.

First of all,

My name is Rob, and I am obviously new here. I may be buying an EVO tomorrow, but I am wary of a few things. I'll give you the info I have from looking at the car.

It was made in August of 03, so does that make it a 2003 or 2004?

03-04 Evo (not RS)
60k miles
It has exhaust on it. There is a sticker that says "Blox" about the exhaust pipe on the bumper. ASFAIK, Blox makes exhausts mainly for Honduhs, but I am not expert.
The engine looked stock.
It had a "baysonr.com" sticker on it. Looks like mainly Honduh tuning.
The rest of the car looked stock, and it sounded stock.
It was really clean inside and out. One minor scuff.
Clean Title
Car is a Repo

The only thing that i was curious about when i looked at it was.. where the stereo is supposed to be.. above the controls.. it is actually in the little cubby below it. so I am thinking that there was a gauge cluster where the stereo used to be.

How much would you pay for it? Since I am looking at it again tomorrow, is there anything i should look out for. I read a thread about looking over used cars, but I am just curious if there is anything else.

Thanks
Rob

Stereo can be moved down there. I know I'm saving for gauges for the middle console. May be worth it to take it to a private shop and have them look it over. Drive it on the highway and listen for and transfer case whines (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TXbisxnAW-s)
