Cost vs. Beat On Limit

What is you guy's vehicle cost vs beat on limit. There is a IX sitting at a dealership near me with 60k on the clock. It also has a different exhaust manifold (I assume turbo as well), exhaust, intake (manifold as well I believe), lowering springs, boost gauge on the steering column, and a terribly wired turbo timer inside (all the wires are hanging out everywhere).

Price keeps falling. Right now it's at 19k. I'm pretty sure they would go a far amount lower, but the miles and mods together scare me. The car looks clean as far as paint and body (silver in color), but I don't want to have to replace the motor after 10k miles.

Any opinions? Thanks Guys

have dealer do a compression test and that will tell you all you need to know about the motor.
