the age old question...

i would go for speed first, i mean whats the point of having a flashy car if it can't back it up? i am getting my 03 oz next week and i am getting new speakers and head unit and an intake

but thats just opinion

Where are you going to "back it up" at except for the track? Do some of both gradually.

i did alittle of each. it did the tint, cf hood, some other stuff then slapped a turbo on.

yes i am auto too. if you really want your best bang for the buck get a new torque converter (there is a group buy going on right now) or a turbo (kinda pricey but well worth it).

and welcome

go with a little of both, kinda like guru_del did, either turbo or RIPP supercharger would back up any of the look you want... think the RIPP is still in testing though, no final #s as of yet... search teh site.. this question has been asked more times than anything probably

Hey man -- if you wana go for looks -- i'd say go for it -- i like the looks of my car.. and i'm still using the stock ozr kit.. not an aftermarket body kit!! -- doesn't always cost mad $$$$$$ to make a car look nice -- its not all about kits!

Heres a pic:

Just my advice

if your wondering -- i have 17" konig absolutes wrapped in falken ze-512s, fiberglass eyelids, 30% tint, clear reflectors, and TYC Black Housing taillamps --- all exterior lighting changed to red\hyperwhite --- and Eibach prokit for the drop... oh yea -- i got the RRM twin slat grill also -- can't see it in the pic though!

-- good luck man!!

this is a tricky one...
you can't look like your fast when your not
and you can't be fast with auto.

IMO, you should go for looks, but nothing like fast looks. Maybe something classy, or baller styles, but if you look fast then people will be :S.
