Overpriced unless they fix the dent and the clearcoat.

Make sure they did the 60k maintenance on it. You don't want to drive that thing off the lot and have your t belt strip/snap on your first on ramp! Also, a bit overpriced

What mods are on the car? Sometimes mods can be an indicator of abuse or potential problems. I would not be concerned at all with the cosmetic aspects, you can fix those later. Did the previous owner keep records of maintenance?

I bought my 03 with 71k miles on it for 14900, they are DEFINATELY over charging for it unless its got wings and can fly away from the cops, in which case Id say buy it!

Let the car warm up and press the clutch in a few times to see if the idle is goofy(Like dips, shutters, or stalls), mine does that and its supposidly a problem with the BOV(Which came with the car, not my doing).

Nice, defintiely fax it. Also, car probably should have had a tune with those mods. I know thats a huge debate about when an evo with bolt ons needs a tune, but those mods should have altered the AF ratio enough to warrant one.

I would feel better about that car if the owner had a reputable tuner do a good tune and didn't just add the BOV to hear the WHOOSH! sound.
