Why is my evo so quiet?
Hey guys this is prolly a stupid question but im new to evos and yeah i figrured id ask cause when i owned my wrx it was loud as hell..
Im running a 3" dp, 3"resonated test pipe, and a 3"hks hi power catback with resonator.
I would think this would be like abnoxiously loud, are all evos quiet? if so could somebody please tell me why?

i have a similar set up to urs and its not very loud the hks is very quiet at idle compared to a lot of other exhausts. at wot i sounds nice... i wish mine was louder but its always nice to not have the cops on me about it
yeah it is nice to have a quieter car for cop reasons, but i just like to hear my car when i hit the gas, i like when heads turn and say damnnnn. haha. i was thinking about the qtp downpipe. does anybody know if this robs power or is bad for the car if you have it open for a long time?? or what about cel's??
