Best Method to waste 5K on upgrades!

I've been contemplating on just banging out what I want done with the evo and here's my list. If you find a better alternative I'm willing to hear it out!

Maintenance - REQUIRED
60k service and belts
MR Bilsteins and Swift springs
this alone will end up around 1500-2k lower the better if i'm lucky to find a good set CHEAP

Exterior -
I need my Front bumper repainted - 200-300 <MUST front end looks like ***
Either RA style or SE lip - 200-300
JDM Rear - driveline 700-800 hope i see one used but very unlikely
RexPEED - side skirt extensions and jdm rear extensions - 460
RexPeed - CF vent hood may go with silver don't want toooo much CF - 120/180
3m CF Vinyl for the roof - 120
Rota G Force 18x9 Gold
35% tint all around + rear window vents~270

Interior
DIY Suede A, B C pillars and headliner BLACK OUT - depending on cost of material
Repaint the middle shiftboot portion (don't know the name)
Boost gauge - DEFI

Engine - Definite
Port polish - exhaust mani, o2 housing , intake housing
FMIC w/LICP - no major preference goal is to hit 400whp daily driver - hoping to find a great used one for around 500-600

I think I'm going to go well over 5k but we'll see. any changes?

Yeah, how about Cams, valvetrain upgrade, TUNE. The rest on your list is for looks, not power.

Kelford 272 Camshaft Set
Shephard Transmission Upgrade
FP GREEN Turbo / ported
FP Evo Oil Filter Housing Line Kit
ARP Head Studs
AEM Fuel Rail
MAP Fuel System
Clutch Masters Stage 3
AEM Intake Kit
BR TBE 3"
ETS 3" FMIC w/ all piping

How's that for spending some of your cash. You could spend it elsewhere if you want all show and no go, but this is a good route IMO

Honestly paint scratches, interior colors will fade and really in the long run I dont think I would ever look back and appreciate a neatly color matched interior. I would remember that one time I took 5k, made my evo fast as $£!+ and tore *** Everywhere I was off to.

Injectors
Fuel pump
BBKB
FMIC + LICP
Cams
Intake
Exhaust

Basic stuff really. 400whp is a pretty reasonable target for a 5k budget.
