Im looking into buying an aftermarket front bumper but i kinda do not wanna take out my front crash bar, are most aftermarket bumpers make you take out the stock crash beam? and if so are there any aftermarket crash beams that fit with aftermarket fronts? or do you know of any front bumpers that work with stock crash beam? im looking to spend about 450 tops!!! because paint is alot 2.

 

Why replace stock? The Evo IX has is very complicated front bumper. Unless you need a galactic intercooler, theres no bumper on the market that compliments the rest of the body the way stock does in my opinion.. but if you must.. there are bumpers that work with the crash beam. Kinda hard 2 find. Post pics if you do Id like to see the change

I was on the same boat and in the end opted to go with a lip. Agree with both the above, I love the IX bumper and look into a splitter if anything. I had an APR splitter which looks great and currently am running a VOLTEX lip. I am a strong advocate in NOT removing the crash bar. Look into splitter's and front lips, that's your best bet IMO
