Exhaust

Are any of the cheap eBay exhausts good? Like Megan or others that are even cheaper?

I have a Perrin V.1 ceramic coated catback and a highflow cat. Stay away from the ebay stuff as they'll fail you later on when more mileage is added up. They'll eventually rust and the hangers will crack. Lmk if interested in the perrin cbe

Stay away from eBay catbacks...one of my hangers snapped off and put a huge hole in the exhaust...

megan racing exhausts, aside from their manifolds, have proven themselves worthy time after time

So good results with Megan but there exhaust manifolds/headers suck. They just crack or what happens?

I'm coming from a car that headers were upwards of $1500 if the megans last 2 years then crack big deal or are there other problems?

You don't have to go overboard expensive to get good performance but you really don't want to go ultra cheap either. I personally have the HKS catback and love it. If you are considering a cheap ebay exhaust might as well save up another month or two and get something better. You won't regret the wait!
