clutch suggestions

Hi all,
quick question, getting my first clutch on my Evo 8 (03) and i have very simple mods. (Mild) mbc ,tune turbo back (293whp). Any good suggestions of clutches that you have gone threw with ? I research on Drive train but didn't get much info. Please chime in on the clutches you have personally experieced with and not just the hype of the brand. Fyi i baby mine for a long time and not looking to increase mods either.

thanks much in advance

if your staying at that power level and not racing, a twin disc is overkill

i suggest a single disc clutch or a 6 puck with sprung center

Exedy Stage 1 HD or ACT HDSS will be plenty for your power level. A twin or puck would be silly, especially if a stock clutch lasted you thing long.

No matter which clutch you decide on, be sure to remove the plastic pill in the slave cylinder.

no need for a twin on a car the owner is not planning on modding very heavily. a Heavy duty pp with a sprung 6 puck or street disc will be just fine
