Which seal? If its on the passenger side, did you remember the o-ring between the trans and transfer case?

Its the seal on the transmission I call it the output shaft seal but mitsu calls it the front crank case seal the t-case does not leak just the transmission seal

There is a little o-ring between the Tcase and Trans, If it fell off, removed, or damaged it will leak.

Is the leak coming from between the T-case and Trans??

No its the seal on the transmission it self where the driverside axle connects its called the front crank case seal well thats what the mitsu dealer calls it anyway that's where its leaking from

Then who ever installed the clutch damage the seal when pulling and installing the axle or half shaft.

I am currently having a similar issue with my '03. Had clutch replaced and both axle seals were leaking. Get it fixed and noticed some fluid on the ground this past week, and the axle seal on the passenger side is leaking again.

well that sucks, Mine is only leaking on the driver side. I have put a new seal on the driver side 3 different times it last about a week and then after that there is a giant puddle of transmission oil on the floor. When i looked at the seal there is noithing wrong with it still looks brand new so it leads me to believe theres something else going on but i have no idea what it I emailed John Shepperd so hopefully hell have an answer its anooying lol

Are you using autozone or other similar cheap seals or OEM?

Well if you guys put on oem seals did you do it properly and not hit it with a hammer. Sometimes hitting it with a hammer can cause it to round the deal out into having it not seal properly. Or perhaps you did not remove enough of the last seal and clean it to make sure that there was any surface of the last seal left then install the next seal.

Thats just my guesstimates id like to know the issue here too. Are there any seal ring clips missing from the axles that go into the tranny sometimes when they arent present they can causing it to leak past the seal too.
