crc is supposed to be the best. Look for chlorinated brake cleaner, it is much stronger however most companies are starting to pull it due to the effects on the ozone

Brake cleaner for the brakes themselves or are we talking about brake dust on a wheel or something?

If your talking about brake dust on a wheel, I use purple power. Spray it on there and let it soak for a minuet then scrub or power wash it off. Works for me everytime.

Crc is good brake parts cleaner, I use simple green to take brake dust off my rims. Brake clean can damage the finish on your wheels.

Crc?

I used this to stop that annoying noise. But the noise came back in less than a week. Any ideas? And the brakes have been sqealing since the 2-3 month of owning the car.

Yea brake parts cleaner is for sure the wrong thing to use to make the brakes stop squeeling. Assuming your not at the ware indicators yet you will need to take the brake pads out and use some brake part lubricant they sell in little packets at like autozone or you can buy a big container of it. But you would apply the grease to the back of the break pad and underneath the metal shim as well thats usually on the brake pad and that should help stop the squeeking.
