Need a tune.. But Where?

So ive been doing my research and come to find that evos need to be tuned pritty much after every upgrade. This may be a bit wrong but Id like to know where or how to get this done. I just upgraded my intake with New intake piping and filter.. So i figured why not tune it right away. this is my first and only mod to my evo 8. Im from madison, WI and dont know where to go or how to do this. I have a laptop and am computer literate if that helps.

Plz any help with this would be great.
