EVO 8 new owner
EVO 8 new owner
Finally, after a long, long journey w/ lots of problems, I have become the proud owner of a 2004 October-make, Lancer EVO VIII. My dream ride
since like forever
Car has approx. 28,500 miles, leather interior and Silver paint - it's an European model. It has its fair amount of bumber scratches - I will repaint them in the spring. I'm planning to keep it stock, at least for the next 6 months, maybe one year, since it's my DD. Then will see
.
One question to start: how can I increase the dash board light intensity for night driving? I searched a lot for "dimmer knob" and other strings, but no luck. The instruments cluster has only one knob, for the Trip A & Trip B computer, plus the underneath odometer.
Thanks for your help!

Most likely one of your bulbs is out for the backlighting.
I thought the same thing too when I got my car, but the right side bulb was out.
Congrats and good luck with it.
