Evo RS or Evo X???

EvoM,

I had an Evo X and I traded it in for a 2011 Mini Cooper S. Long story short, I strongly disliked my local Mitsu dealer so I traded the X in.

Now I want either an Evo 8 RS (Maybe 9), New Evo X GSR or Evo X MR. The MR would be nice for the ease of driving.

I only did an intake, uicp and stage 1 flash on my Evo X so I never really tapped into the power.

2nd time around the RS appeals to me because it less expensive and a lot lighter car. Either car I get I would like to do all boltons including stock location turbo. So I would like to hear peoples feedback. Thank You.

Why not a IX SE? You'll have your doohickies. You'll get more of the "connected" feeling with the car. You can add whatever other doohickies you want with the difference in cost. Otherwise I'd say the X. If you were an RS guy, you wouldn't need us to tell you.

I have a IX RS and love it. Never purchased this car with creature comforts in mind since I grew up in the era of rollup windows and manual door locks. It does have A/C which is good since I live in the valley. Other then that I think it makes a great enthusiasts platform since you can personally customze it with the "add-ons" you want. I might know where an RS can be had if your interested........

HAHA If I did a X I want all the options. If I did an 8 or 9 I want no options.

I only drive 4 miles one way to work and I like the race car feel. If I get another new car I want all the convince features.

I am going to call my tuner and see what they say about the car. I know for power Evo>STI but what about 8 compared to 10?
