I have always been a big evo fan and i am thinking about getting rid of my acura as i am bored with it. I know i do not want to buy one already modded because i dont know if it has been taken care of. I am looking to spend around the 20k mark. what should i keep and eye out for? anything to stay away from?

 

Research and do that alot. Knowing what your looking at when buy an evo is very nice, even nicer if its modded. And if it is modded make sure you have all the reciepts from the mods and the install. And if your around a evo shop, take it there to have it checked out. But just research the car so you know what you are getting into. And dont just buy cause you want one. Wait till one you really like becomes for sale. A 20k limit, you should be able to find a real nice evo 8/9. IMO stay away from high mileage. There are so many things that could go on the list to watch out for. GL
